DUE TO COVID-19 ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

BILLING AND SHIPPING MUST MATCH OR YOU WILL BE REFUNDED MINUS THE CANCELLATION FEES.
Once an order is placed and processed, we cannot cancel, adjust, or apply any discounts to it. Please double check your order before making your purchase.
Damage During Shipment
If you receive your product and it has been damaged please email us at info@vanitybycoca.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Include a detailed description of the damage as well as clear pictures. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly.
Important Conditions for Returns:
All items are thoroughly inspected prior to packaging and shipment. Please note that you can only return a product if it is defective at the fault of Vanity By Coca. The product(s) returned shall be inspected upon its receipt. Please ensure that the following conditions are fulfilled before returning the product:
The product(s) shall be unused and in their original condition.
You shall inform us about the return of the product to us within 48 hours.
You shall not remove labeling, unravel, wet, apply products and/or heat, manipulate or install hair.
The return package shall include everything that arrived with the package when you made the purchase, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies & accessories, invoices/warrantee cards and other documentation.
In the event that the package gets returned a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted minus the shipping cost. For all cancellations a 3% Cancelation fee will be applied to all orders.
Please keep records of your return tracking number. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost and/or stolen packages. We are not responsible for additional custom international fees as they are out of our control once it gets to your country.
Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used or altered in any way. We adhere to this strict policy in regards to Federal Law, health regulations and hygiene concerns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, or we will issue you a store credit to make future purchases on the site.
