Texture Disclaimer 

Due to the distinct nature of human hair, two heads of hair are never exactly the same. The photos will give you an idea of how the hair textures will look. However, some wavy and curly products are processed manually for texture. This means that we cannot guarantee that all bundles will look the same, but they will not be distinctly different.

Color Disclaimer 

Since our products are not chemically processed or colored, our hair comes only in the natural shades of natural black-brown colors. We cannot guarantee that bundles will have the same color being that hair is taken from multiple donors. We recommend consulting with a professional stylist should you consider coloring our hair.

#613 Blonde Hair

You should never use any harsh chemicals on blonde hair. The hair can be severely damaged if over processed. We recommend consulting with a professional stylist should you consider altering our hair.

Lace Closures & Frontals

Please allow an experienced professional stylist to customize your lace as well as perform your installation. Bleaching the knots incorrectly will cause lace balding/shedding and over plucking can potentially damage the lace as well as hairline. We are not responsible for lace damage due to bleaching, improper installation, and/or care.

Unconfirmed Addresses

Please make sure that you confirm your address through our website or you will risk delayed shipment on your product.

Extra verification will be required for Some orders over $300. We will require identification to prove that the order was in fact made by the card/account owner. We will email or call you to send in the government issued ID needed to fulfilled your order. If it is not received within 48 hours, your order will be canceled and cancelation fee of 3% will be deducted.

Any fraudulent or potentially fraudulent orders will be cancelled immediately and reported to the FBI.
